For instance, traditional butchery methods often involve curing or smoking meats to enhance flavor and increase shelf life without adding any artificial substances.

Lastly, many assume that butchers are uncaring about animal welfare. However, as a butcher myself, I can attest that most of us deeply care about ethical sourcing and humane slaughtering practices.
